City Tacos | La Mesa, CA Delicious tacos located in the heart of La Mesa Village. I ordered Sonoran style fish tacos and the crunch time shrimp taco. My wife ordered carnitas tacos. Food was super fresh and tasty. Make sure you go before 11:45am to beat that lunch rush though!

JNC Pinoy Foodmart | Chula Vista, CA I was finally able to find a spot that sold these ilocos empanadas. I bought the Sweet loganisa one and honestly felt like it was lacking flavor. The vinegar sauce that comes with it definitely adds great flavor to it but was also hoping it was tasty without it. Still, it was nice and crunchy and was glad I was able to finally try one.

Paris Baguette | Kearny Mesa, CA Every once in a while, the wife and I enjoy going to H Mart and then going to the next door bakery to enjoy some good pastries. My go to is the crab croquette.
