JNC Pinoy Foodmart | Chula Vista, CA I was finally able to find a spot that sold these ilocos empanadas. I bought the Sweet loganisa one and honestly felt like it was lacking flavor. The vinegar sauce that comes with it definitely adds great flavor to it but was also hoping it was tasty without it. Still, it was nice and crunchy and was glad I was able to finally try one.
